Batteries Northwest Return Policy

At Batteries Northwest, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy under the following guidelines.

Eligibility for Return:

Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will not accept returns on products that have been used, or damaged.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Defective Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Ineligible for Return:

Used Products: Batteries, chargers, or other products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Custom Orders: Specially ordered or customized products are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee:

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. This fee covers the processing and restocking of returned items.

Provide Information: Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

we will process your refund, typically within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Yes, Batteries Northwest does offer battery installation services! Our installation rates are as follows:

Automotive Batteries: $15 per installation

Diesel Batteries: $30 per installation

RV Battery Installations: $75 per hour

Mobile Service Calls: $30 for the service call +$75 per hour for installation

Do We Buy Junk Batteries (Cores)?

Yes, Batteries Northwest buys junk batteries (cores)! Our rates are typically based on the battery group size:

Automotive Groups: $5 each

Groups 4 & 31: $8 each

Golf Cart Batteries: $9 each

4D Batteries: $13 each

8D Batteries: $14 each

Utility & Motorcycle Batteries: $1 each

For customers with bulk cores (more than 10 batteries), we pay by weight at 16 cents per pound. All prices are subject to change based on lead market value.

Govermennt issued ID is required for the sale of battery cores.

We are unable to accept lithium batteries for sale or recycling purposes.

 If you're a business or company looking to sell commercial cores, we have a recycling specialist, who can come directly to your location for scheduled or will-call battery pickups and pay on the spot.
